Luxury Travel and Europe Specialist
Welcome! My name is Caitlin Gallagher. I have always had a love for traveling and exploring new places. My husband Sean, an avid scuba diver, and I have traveled extensively through Europe (many times), New Zealand, Australia; we've sailed on many cruises, traveled to the Caribbean and Mexico, honeymooned in Bora Bora and have traveled within the United States as well. Our two beautiful children, Amelia & Brendan, were born in 2007 & 2009, thus the name "Am-Bren" Travel. We started traveling with our children when they were babies, taking them on cruises, to Turks & Caicos, Hawaii, New York City, trips to Disney World & Disneyland as well as other fun domestic getaways. We love taking family selfies (sometimes quite silly) wherever we are as a fun way to remember our trips. I grew up in New Jersey and purchased my first home there, then moved to Charlottesville, Virginia with my husband where we started our family. In 2015, we decided to move to Saint Augustine, Florida to enjoy year-round outdoor weather!
I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Psychology and began my career as a project manager for a telecom company then quickly moved into a management position within the company. I made the difficult decision to leave the corporate world after having my daughter, Amelia. I began thinking about what I could do that would give me the flexibility to spend time with my children, but still fulfill my need and desire to have a career. I owned and managed a franchise, and during this time I found myself helping family and friends plan vacations and trips to Disney World, and decided to look into starting a travel agency. And so began Ambren Travel in 2012! I started out just booking trips for family and friends but quickly gained referrals and have been nearly 100% referral based since then.
I take the time to understand my clients’ needs and budget. I am extremely detail oriented and provide tips, packing lists and even fully planned itineraries bound into a personalized travel booklet. I have worked with groups, families, retirees, couples, honeymooners, and friends traveling together. A client recently commented that I am like a good therapist (perhaps my Bachelor's degree in Psychology is getting some use after all!). I listen to what clients want out of a vacation; how they like to travel, what type of atmosphere they prefer, and what they like to do, as well as a host of other questions. I take this information and present initial choices and we tweak from there to create the perfect itinerary.
I am always keeping up on the latest travel destinations, resorts and cruise lines. I attend vendor trainings, destination trainings and take certification classes. I strive to keep expanding my expertise and love researching new destinations. Whether it's a cruise, a trip to an all-inclusive, a multi-week trip through Europe, kayaking through Alaska, or African Safari; I can build you the perfect itinerary with no details overlooked. Let’s make those travel dreams a reality!

Military Discount Expert
HI! I’m Kari Scull. One of my favorite books growing up was the Rand McNally Atlas. My parents frequently piled us into the car to drive across the country to visit relatives or to vacation. I loved following our journey and finding out what was near our route. My passion for travel only grew as I got older.
As I became an adult, I had a few varied careers. Unique opportunities always seemed to come my way and I never turned them down. (I worked in an auto manufacturing plant, as a dental assistant and retail sales all while going to college!) I eventually settled down and married my husband, Jim, who was active duty Air Force. I had big dreams of traveling the world. Uncle Sam, though, decided to send us to Maryland and near our Nation’s Capital. We had 2 children and although our finances were tight, I never gave up my passion for travel. I did like my parents and loaded up the car! My kids were road trip experts by preschool.
Disney World quickly became one of our favorite trips. I quickly became the resident expert and found myself helping other military families plan their trips as well. I took such joy in the planning process!
My husband eventually retired from the military and we now reside near Atlanta, Ga. My kids are teens and we still enjoy our frequent trips to Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando resort. (My daughter is Harry Potter obsessed!) Ocean Cruising and All-Inclusive resorts are 2 of our other frequent vacations.
I’ve also had the pleasure of coordinating several Destination Weddings. I love that I can take the load off, so the Bride and Groom can enjoy their special event without dealing with all of the details!
I’m a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge. I also specialize in multi-generational trips, honeymoons, and group travel. I look forward to helping you make your vacation dreams come true.
Hello! I’m Laura Gonzalez! Born and raised in the Chicago area, I grew up in a big family. My parents believed that traveling was a chance to learn and experience new things. I spent many summer weeks on camping trips throughout North America and taking extended family vacations. The big joke in our family was that if there was a historical marker on the side of the road, we were making a stop. Through these travels, I grew not only to appreciate our National Parks, beaches and our country’s historical sites. Besides travelling extensively throughout the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), I have also travelled to Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean and parts of Europe. My family instilled a love of travel that continues to this day. The memories of those adventures are some of the highlights of my childhood.
After high school, I found myself working for a major airline for several years. I left the stress of the airlines after having my first to children, working part time. As they grew, I went back to work full time for a non-profit in training and event planning. Being an avid Disney fan, I was routinely asked, and enjoyed, planning Disney vacations for family and friends. After the birth my youngest son, I left the corporate world behind to be a stay at home mom. I quickly realized that although I loved being home and taking care of my family, I needed more. Taking into consideration my life experiences, from watching orcas breech in Alaska to surfing in Hawaii, I decided to turn my love of vacation planning and family travel into a career.
My family recently moved to the Orlando area, which gives me the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World frequently and keep up with the happenings around the parks, as well as everything Florida has to offer.
My focus in travel planning includes one of a kind custom experiences for family, multi-generational and group travel, from Disney to Cruises and everything in between. I look forward to bringing your family together and making amazing vacation memories of your own!
Spain Specialist, Spanish Speaking
Hello, I’m Mary Christian. Ever since I was a child, I have had a love for travel and grew up traveling frequently with my family. I have been fortunate enough to travel around Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States. I have always loved exploring new cities and cultures. I grew up in Rochester, New York and moved to Wisconsin for College. While attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison I decided to spend my junior year studying abroad. I lived with an amazing family in downtown Seville, Spain for a year. During that year I travelled all over Europe, visiting many cities throughout Spain, Portugal, Belgium, The Netherlands, Turkey, Greece and I even had a chance to see Morocco. Upon graduating from college, I worked as a Spanish-English Interpreter and am fluent in Spanish.
I met my husband while studying in Spain and we now have two wonderful, adventurous teen boys, Logan and Gavin. We love any opportunity to travel with them. My family has been going to the US Virgin Islands for over 20 years, since I was a teenager. Now, as a parent, it has been fun sharing these experiences with my children!
My extensive travels and passion for adventure led me to Ambren Travel and my career in the Travel Industry. I look forward to helping you plan your travel adventures.
